That Autism Diagnosis is NOT a Death Sentence.

That Autism diagnosis is not a death sentence but a WARNING ⚠️sign!!

If you are stuck on the diagnosis and cannot get past it, check this out. 👇🏾

Please stop wasting valuable time worrying about the diagnosis. .

The most important thing you can do is view this as a warning sign and start helping your child.

I know you are overwhelmed right now because you just got told your child possibly has autism.

You may have been told that your child is mild or severely autistic.

You are starting to question yourself and wonder if you did anything that might have contributed to it.

You are up late at night, google searching what caused it.

You are devastated about it.

I get it!!

But… Momma, you have to move past the diagnosis and consider it a warning sign, not a death sentence.

The more time you waste worrying about this diagnosis, the less time you have to help your child gain a better quality of life.

Remember that a diagnosis is so beneficial for children with autism because it is often required to get the services they need.

Use the diagnosis as a starting point and work on digging deeper into the root of the problem.

I know you might not yet see the big picture, but after you get past the diagnosis, you will start to realize that your child’s quality of life depends on the next steps you choose to take.

You can sit there and weep over a diagnosis that could be true or false, or you can use the diagnosis as a warning sign.

I’m not sure where my son would be right now if I would treat a diagnosis like a death sentence.

I would not have been able to…
👉 understand the bigger picture

Nor
👉 gain a better quality of life

What ultimately changed things for my son was when I moved past the diagnosis.
Remember 👉 Diagnosis ≠ Death Sentence

So here’s what you need to do to help your child

⭐ Move past the diagnosis; it’s a warning sign

⭐ Understand that a diagnosis is a snapshot of what is going on with your child and move past it. Use the diagnosis to access any services that your child needs to help him/her.

⭐ Understand that many other factors can be playing a significant role in the behaviors your child is presenting that lead to the autism diagnosis.
👉Nutritional Factors
👉Environmental Factors
👉Genetic Factors

⭐ As your child receives needed therapy, work on addressing the factors contributing to the diagnosis.

When you follow this process, you will no longer need to worry about the diagnosis because you will be busy helping your child gain a better quality of life.

This is what I help parents through in my private coaching program.

I help parents who are stuck and lost with having an autism diagnosis to understand there is more to help their child gain a better quality of life.

Once you start working and helping your child, you will see improvements in all the areas that lead up to the diagnosis in the first place.

I’ve just opened up a few FREE spots for my 1-to-1 complimentary discovery coaching sessions. Where you will be able to share the struggles you are facing and hear how I might be able to help you gain a better quality of life.
