Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken skins
  • Duck fat
  • Salt/Pepper

Instructions

  • Wash the chicken skin.
  • I recommend that you dry the chicken skin using paper towels very good and make sure there is no excess water on them to avoid water getting in the pan once you put them in the duck fat.
  • Now add salt or pepper to taste.
  • Heat up some duck fat in a large pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the strips of chicken skin and allow them to cook until they are golden brown on each side. I like mine extra crispy so I leave them in there a bit longer (Don't cover the pan).
  • Once it turns brown, drain the fried chicken skins. Let them cool.
  • Ready to serve!
