Place all ingredients in a blender and allow to mix thoroughly
Place mixture into boiler and bring to a low simmer. Do not overcook this. Remember it has egg yolk in it so you want to stir and allow to thicken.
Once thickened, remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
Once completely cool, place in a covered glass dish or mason jar and keep in the fridge for several hours. I prep the day before I plan to make ice cream so I don't have to wait for the cooling process.
