  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a large bowl mix together cassava, almond, and arrowroot flour. Add in salt and baking soda to the flour and mix well.
  • Add in palm shortening, honey, and vanilla flavoring. Mix well until dough starts to form.
  • Add in DF Milk (Almond or preferred milk). Add 1 TBSP at a time. Dough should not be too dry or wet. Add in more milk if needed.
  • Chill the cookie dough for 15 minutes to 30 minutes. Then use a rolling pin to thin out dough. Use cookie cutters to make cookies into shape of choice.
  • Place the cookie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
  • Put your icing of choice.
  • Enjoy!
