In a large bowl mix together cassava, almond, and arrowroot flour. Add salt and baking soda to the flour and mix well.
Add in palm shortening, honey, and vanilla flavoring. Mix well until dough starts to form.
Add in DF Milk (Almond or preferred milk). Add 1 TBSP at a time. Dough should not be too dry or wet. Add in more milk if needed.
Chill the cookie dough for 15 minutes to 30 minutes. Then use a rolling pin to thin out dough. Use cookie cutters to make cookies into shape of choice.
Place the cookie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
