1¾ cups almond flour ¼ tsp unrefined sea salt ¼ tsp baking soda ¼ cup Honey ¼ cup coconut oil softened (or butter/ghee ) 1 small egg ¼ cup chocolate chips (can add more if you would like) 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
In a separate large bowl, whisk together the melted or softened coconut oil, honey, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Slowly stir in the dry ingredients until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Place dough in freezer for about 30 minutes to harden
Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
